Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher, Arti Bhoge, was trained by the Isha School of Hatha Yoga in 2016. Her initial training was a part of an intensive 5 month residential program in South India. Since then, she has been accredited with over 1,750 teacher training hours and continues to attend trainings at least once a year in order to offer the best to her students.
She teaches from the tradition of Isha Classical Hatha Yoga which has revived ancient yogic practices for health, wellness, and overall well-being. It works not only on the physical system, but also the fundamental energy system of the human being.
Various practices and modules are available ranging from physical wellbeing to spiritual wellbeing, as well as packages that can incorporate both. Arti also offers modules rooted in Classical Hatha Yoga practices for a variety of conditions which can be used as a holistic support alongside current allopathic treatments.
Arti began her Yoga journey with Isha in 2015 shortly before completing her undergraduate degree at Siena College.
The practices she learned helped her navigate through constant confusion, self-doubt, and even depression.
The transformation that took place during that year propelled her towards wanting to share these powerful practices with others.
